Refund Policy

As an operating standard, after receiving an order, a customer may request either a no-reason return or an exchange for 30 days.

As a practical matter, start the request through support@thhehoneypotlive.shop. After approval, thhehoneypot supplies a prepaid label or another arrangement that leaves the customer with no return-shipping charge. The store pays that cost for approved no-reason returns and exchanges as well as damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders.

To make the process transparent, we cannot accept a preference-based return for custom merchandise, clearance or Final Sale goods, gift cards, or opened intimate and hygiene-sensitive products. Quality failures, transit damage, wrong items, missing items, and rights that cannot legally be waived remain protected.

For clarity, use the provided instructions to send eligible goods safely, retaining original components and packaging where reasonably practicable. An approved credit is released to the original form of payment after inspection and generally reaches the account within 5-10 business days.

For a straightforward customer experience, cancellation may be requested before shipment. Once the order has shipped, this Refund Policy governs the available return process.
