In day-to-day application, using the storefront or submitting an order constitutes agreement to these Terms and the linked Refund, Shipping, Privacy, Payment, Contact, About, and FAQ pages. Customers must provide accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information and may use the site only lawfully.
In plain terms, united States delivery is the sole shipping option. It is free at the standard level, includes tracking, and normally consists of 1-2 business days of processing plus 4-6 estimated business days in transit after dispatch.
Within this policy, returns without cause and exchanges are available within 30 days after receipt. We cover shipping on approved no-reason and quality-problem returns, and the original payment account generally receives an approved refund in 5-10 business days. Custom-made, clearance/Final Sale, gift-card, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive purchases fall outside the no-reason option, while consumer remedies for damage, defects, incorrect delivery, and missing goods continue.
For clarity, orders remain cancellable until shipment and then become subject to the Refund Policy. USD is the transaction currency, applicable tax law determines charges, and we reserve the right to stop fraudulent, illegal, unauthorized, or materially erroneous orders.
